What If I've Already Tried Coaching before?

The truth is, most "coaching" programs aren't coaching at all. They are information or content-focused training programs. This is different. This isn’t a content library or a group coaching program with a one-size-fits-all plan. You’ll get personalized strategy, deep 1:1 support, and a coach who’s in your corner all year long. Most of my clients tend to renew each year, because this is coaching tailored to you.

How much time will this take each week?

Most clients spend about 90 minutes per week total — including sessions and implementation. But the real shift is in how much time and energy you get back by not spinning your wheels anymore. This isn't about putting more on your plate. It's about ensuring you focus on what truly drives progress. Most of my clients find they actually have more time.

What kind of results can I expect?

We’ll clarify your vision, set your top 3 game-changing goals and create your first 90-day plan up front. Then we'll track measurable progress. You’ll know exactly where you’re growing and what’s changing. Most clients experience quick wins in the first 30–60 days.

What if I’m not 100% sure I’m ready?

That’s why we start with a clarity session — so we can mutually decide if it’s a fit. There’s no pressure. If we accept you, it’s because we believe we can help. And if we don’t, we’ll point you in the right direction. Spot are limited, so I make sure that I only work with clients who are committed and I'm certain I can help.

Is there a refund policy?

I don't offer a refund because this isn’t a course — it’s a coaching partnership. But I do offer a strong results commitment: if you don’t see measurable progress on your top 3 goals in 90 days, I’ll add an extra month of coaching, at no extra cost.
